Cot sized quilt - can either be used as a cot quilt or a wall hanging

Made using left over pieces from baby dresses (I hate waste)

Frankie's head, fins and tail move

He also has a googly eye (child safe)

the scales on his body are all individually cut out and stitched on

machine washable (with care) at 30 degrees

All fabric used is 100% cotton
